Hello,
I recently attempted to use the Nexiq USBLink 2 to connect to a Volvo tech tool for diagnosing a Volvo truck, but unfortunately, I encountered some difficulties. While the computer recognizes that a device is connected, the only indicator on the Nexiq device is the green power light, which suggests that it is powered on but not actively communicating with the truck’s system. This has left me puzzled, and I’m seeking advice on potential troubleshooting steps. If anyone has experienced similar issues or has insights on why the connection might not be functioning properly, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you!
